All MJI Civils operatives have CSCS qualifications as a minimum.  We constantly monitor and review our practices and procedures to ensure that we are working in the safest way possible to carry out the necessary tasks.

We ensure that our employees training needs are met and arrange the appropriate training if needed.  We are dedicated to providing the relevant training for all our workers.  MJI pride themselves on our excellent health and safety record.
